We order your wood. All of Bruder Cabinets projects start with getting raw material for your job. The type of wood helps us with the overall feel and look that you are striving for. At Bruder Cabinets, the custom cabinets start with the best raw wood we can get our hands on.
Color plays an important part in how your project looks. Determining the color helps us at Bruder Cabinets to plan what type of wood can be used to achieve the color the client desires.
We will create samples to get closer to what you, the customer, wants to in their home.
Hardwood and sheet goods are then ordered for your project based on your choices after viewing the samples.
This is where the we put the ‘custom’ in custom cabinets.
Boxes are cut first to make the base for your cabinets.
- Each frame is glued on the cabinet box.
- Side seams are the routed even so side seam is smooth and even.
- All cabinets are sanded by hand vibrating sanders.
- Each and every cabinet is inspected very carefully so very few defects will make it to our finishing shop.
